The Blue Rock is Shelburne Falls’ hidden gem for unique New American dishes served with perfect drink pairings and welcoming service.
The produce, meat, poultry, and fish come from farms, ranches, and fisheries guided by the principles of sustainability.
We compost everything. Our to-go bags and containers to our straws are all biodegradable.
At the end of the night, we usually are filling only a half bag of trash!
